Welcome to Craiglockhart Church and to a brief guide to who we are and what we believe. Please accept an invitation to our 10.30am and/or 6.30pm services on a Sunday and to any of our other activities.
Our Worship seeks to be Christ-centred and we use a mix of traditional hymns and modern songs in our services. There is a large Sunday Club for primary school children and a Focus Group for secondary school age. We also have uniformed organisations for both boys and girls. For adults we have House Groups on a number of nights of the week. Lively discussion, friendship and tea and coffee are always to be found at any of them. Why not come along and explore your faith in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
There is a Bible Study Group that meets in the church and a doctrine group for those wanting to go further. We have held 'Alpha' and 'Christianity Explored' courses both in the church and in members' homes - let us know if you'd like to attend a future course or would like to offer to host a course in your home.
Christianity Explored Course
- a new course starts on Friday 27th April and is being held in the home of one of our church members (details are available by clicking on the 'Christianity Explored Course' item on the menu on the left of the screen).
On the seven week CE course we discuss Who Jesus Is, Why He Came and What it Means to Follow Him.
