All Level Complementary Fitness Pilates classes are on Tuesdays 7.30pm in the Large Hall for regulars and new people/beginners. Classes are for men and women (not pregnancy), are about Fitness and Pilates to strengthen core abdominal & back muscles, improve posture, tone, flexibility, co-ordination & balance.
Susan Cockburn encourages everyone to work at their own pace and she demonstrates all exercises, giving easier or more challenging options. With regular attendance and commitment, you'll work towards your fitness goals and see big improvements and changes. Join us soon.
