Church Magazine

The steeple is the church's magazine. It has been produced for many years and is an important tool in keeping the parish and local community updated with all the news at Craiglockhart Parish Church. The Steeple is packed with all sorts of different articles on the church, church life, the wider Christian community and the news from the local community. It is delivered to everyone in the parish.

The articles are all writen by different people; some are from the church congregation and some are not. There are some features that appear in every edition of The Steeple, such as a letter from the minister, a section on prayer ideas and requests, news from the local community, updates on different areas of church life and a church calender so that you know what is coming up. Articles on special events that people have run or been to are often included, as well as short notes from people about fundraising, recycling or other ongoing projects. A large section of The Steeple is given over to the youthwork at the church, so that people can see what is happening with the young people who attend the church and also what is happening for those young people in the surrounding community.
