Welcome

Hello, as the locum for Craiglockhart let me take this opportunity to introduce myself.

I was born and grew up in Edinburgh before going to university in Dundee to study Town and Regional Planning.  Upon returning to Edinburgh I worked for several years before returning to university to study Divinity. I am currently what is called a Graduate Candidate, which means that I have finished all my ministry training with the Church of Scotland and am waiting for a call to a ministry post of my own.

In my spare time I enjoy reading, from the latest crime thriller through to history, geography and biography. I enjoy playing and watching football and Saturday afternoon often sees me at Easter Road stadium.

As the locum my involvement each week will be leading the worship on a Sunday morning and spending a day in the parish.

Thank you for the warm welcome you have extended to us over the past couple of weeks and I, along with my wife Aly, and seven month old Emily, look forward to spending the next few months with you in Craiglockhart.
